Job Description

Timely purchase order execution in ERP and issuance to suppliers according to purchasing requirements. Responsible for order tracking, escalation management, contract negotiation, and timely delivery of goods or services.

Responsibilities
Generate Purchase Orders (PO)
Negotiate contracts with suppliers
Purchase plan arrangement for both local and overseas materials and services
Manage and control delivery schedule to ensure goods arrive on time
Minimize or avoid purchase price variance (PPV)
Contact suppliers to return or replace defective materials delivered
Supplier performance evaluation
Process approval application for purchase order approval and advanced payment purchase orders
Other assignments by supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in using English as a work language
Good negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate with a variety of stakeholders
