Job Description

• Manage the daily operation of multiple bar venues ensuring consistent quality and service standards
• Develop creative beverage programs and seasonal cocktail menus aligned with the hotel's brand
• Recruit, train and mentor bar team members, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity and innovation
• Monitor inventory, control costs and maintain financial targets across venues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing bar operations
• Expertise in mixology, beverage trends and bar service
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and cost-control goals
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and driving creativity and innovation
• Bar opening experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Thai
