Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor in the History Department x 2 positions

The History Department invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team.

Main Objectives

• historians with a background in archival studies or archival science;
• expertise in Eastern Cape history;
• research and teaching expertise in gender, sexuality and women histories.

• Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the interview date.
• At the interview stage, shortlisted candidates will be expected to do a short presentation.

Remuneration per annum:
Senior Lecturer
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R 742,411.00
Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R 960,928.00


Associate Professor
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R 887,318.00
Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R1,141,001.00


Professor
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R1,086,915.00
Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R1,389,037.00
