- To Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with Tour Operators
- Design requests of exclusive experiences in Cape Town
- Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs and administrative process
- Oversee and manage the guest’s itinerary and ensure that it is executed successfully
- To manage and assist guests from their time of arrival and until their time of departure
- To supervise current Tour Programs and services provided
- To supervise and interact with other providers as well as to assist in finding new potential service providers of high standards.
- To book and supervise all Tour Guides and drivers working for Samsara Africa Travel Operations Department
- Provide consultation regarding travel and tourism products and all other information pertaining to travelling to Clients.
- Send, receive, and process e-mails with third parties on behalf of the company
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good judgement and adept use of travel research and technologies
- Passionate about South Africa & Cape Town & the Travel & Tourism industry
- Minimum two Years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
- The position requires above average level of knowledge about Tourism Products/Packages in South Africa
- Excellent communication skills in verbal & written English, be eloquent telephonically, be detail-oriented and be able to provide efficient customer service.
