From 2012 to the present, Hisense's product sales in the South African market have been increasing year by year. As of 2019, Hisense's refrigerators had a sales volume share of 29% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue also at 26% and ranking first. Hisense's televisions had a sales volume share of 26% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue at 24% and ranking second.

Job Purpose:
To support the export sales team by conducting market research, developing country-specific product roadmaps, and creating effective go-to-market strategies. This role ensures the alignment of product planning and delivery with market demands, monitors inventory and promotional performance, and facilitates timely order fulfillment and product clearance. By coordinating with marketing teams and headquarters, the role drives the successful launch and promotion of products in export markets while ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
Job Description：
· Assist the export sales team in conducting research on export markets and preparing monthly market analysis reports.
· Identify product demands in export markets and provide feedback to headquarters for consideration in product planning.
· Develop roadmaps for each country based on customer needs, product planning schedules, and delivery timelines, clearly defining product selling points and launch progress.
· Work with the marketing team’s export promotion colleagues to develop GTM (Go-to-Market) plans for new products and routine marketing promotion strategies.
· Ensure the accuracy of material content, monitor the production progress of materials, and track their implementation and placement in stores.
· Monitor merchant inventory and promotional plans in export markets, and promptly drive the development of clearance strategies for slow-selling models.
· Track export forecasts and order progress to ensure monthly targets are met. Share television inventory updates, especially for overdue models, and drive exports to implement clearance for overdue stock. Facilitate the delivery schedules of customers' orders to ensure on-time fulfillment.
· Share product specifications, promotional images, and relevant market materials with export markets in a timely manner.
· Coordinate with the headquarters to provide all necessary certification materials for product launches.
Recruitment Requirement：
1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Over 3 years of experience in the manufacturing, R&D, or sales of TV or other home appliances. Overseas work experience is preferred.
3. Language：Chinese Mandarin, CET-4 or higher in English, proficient in using office software.
4. Additional Preference：Open to long-term overseas assignments and frequent business travel..
