Job Purpose
Internal logistics Operator are responsible for packaging, storing and transporting raw materials, trade goods and finished products. Tasks also include correctly managing stock and safely shipping our products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks (Raw materials, finished goods & containers)
- Accurate Labelling (Raw materials, finished goods & containers)
- Providing Forklift daily maintenance services when it is necessary
- Material Handling (Raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods)
- Completing In Process Records of the operation
- Complying with Hygiene, Safety and Environment regulations
- Complying with Quality and Safety Standards (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Collecting samples and sending them to QC
- Daily Reconciliation of receiving processes
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
- Inform field units about orders
- Track and update call logs and data in SAP
- Provide reports to upper management
We value:
- Grade 12 or higher qualification in Logistics.
- Knowledge related to specific tasks.
- Knowledge on topics related to food safety: GMP, FSSC 22000, Food Defense, Food Safety.
- Knowledge in International Standards (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001)
- In the absence of relevant qualifications, experience in the relevant field and at the relevant level will be considered
- Well Organized Person
- can work well under A person who pressure
- Must be good with Time management
- Can work independently and in a team
