Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyse processes, improve efficiency, and implement systems to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. You will work collaboratively with various departments to optimize operations and support company objectives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fintech industry, making it ideal for individuals looking to grow in this field.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse data utilizing tools like Power BI, and native ERP functionalities to produce detailed reports for management to optimize their processes
• Analyse and improve service processes and workflow to increase efficiency and reduce cost/time
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and bottleneck analysis.
• Design and implement systems that integrate people, processes, and technology.
• Introduce and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures with quality control systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Create and embed supply chain and inventory management systems in the ERP system.
• Assist in equipment layout planning and office floor optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or an equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience

Key Competencies:

• Strong collaborative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, workflow mapping and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in process improvement and optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience/Knowledge:

• Previous exposure to Fintech industry in South Africa, an advantage.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Salary Range:

• Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
