Remoteca is hiring a diligent and highly organized Global Payroll Manager for an exciting opportunity with a US-based high-growth Saa S company. With a global team of 2,000 employees, this is your chance to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative organization.
This role is offered as a 6–12 month contract, with scope for extension. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a Big 6 professional services provider and internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations across the business.
This role is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work remotely in South Africa with regular access to our Durban or Cape Town office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review monthly payroll prepared by a Big 6 professional services firm.
• Ensure timely responses to employee queries and internal finance-related requests.
• Load approved payroll payments into payment systems.
• Maintain strong organization and reliability to meet strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with finance and HR teams using Workday (HR), Net Suite (accounting), and Google Workspace.

What We're Looking For:
Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of payroll administration and management experience
• Relevant accounting degree

Skills:

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to self-manage and maintain timely responsiveness.
• Comfortable using Apple products in a professional setting.
