Responsibilities
- Install and repair ceiling fans and/or water heaters.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Explain work details to clients.
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry advancements.
- Manage work schedules and respond to emergency calls efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Technical proficiency in electrical work.
- Relevant certifications and licenses.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical stamina for lifting and climbing.
- Commitment to safety protocols.
- Attention to detail in installations and repairs.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills.
- Able to attend relevant company-sponsored compliance training whenever necessary
