The distinguishing elements between a good and a great design can be miniscule but makes a world of difference. A good design delivers the results but a great design delivers superb user experience. We engaged our clients through our web and mobile apps and seek a UI UX designer to join our team. If you are a passionate designer who believed that a good design is still not good enough, we want you.


Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences using modern design tools and methodologies that prioritize usability, accessibility, and systems thinking for our various channels of engagement with users (external, internal)

• Collaborate with key team members to create world-class digital experiences.

• Responsible for UX and design strategy that ensures the best probable outcomes for our users and their audiences through evidence-based best practice design decisions.

• Conduct user research and develop real-world UX strategies, independently and/or in collaboration with your teammates needed.

• Support functional team in the preparation of documentations.

• UI UX testing support during project development and production support.

• Monitor latest and best practices in user-centric design, information structuring, and digital experiences.
  

Requirements

• Proficient in UI/UX software. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.)

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script.

• Artistic eye for design and attention to detail.

• Demonstrate proactivity and leadership.
