Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries effectively through phone and email
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, merchant application processing
- Provide administrative support & technical support to the BD/Sales team
- Provide installation and training to new merchant accounts in the use of payment terminal
- Perform ad hoc duties when assigned
- Experience with customer service and operation with payments or banking is a bonus
- Detail-minded, customer oriented, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency of MS office, Excel
- Willing to perform delivery and installation of POS terminals
- Ability to speak Chinese other than English to handle queries from non-English speaking merchants
