  • Assist the management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Supervise and support front-of-house staff, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of dining room supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during service.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests.
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or similar role in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of Asian cuisine and fine dining service protocols.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
