Service Engineer

- Provide on-site services for new and existing customers, including equipment servicing and upgrades.
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
- Update customer on the nature of service provided and recommends equipment repairs or system upgrade.
- Troubleshoots technical issues and recommends solution to customer.
- Provides technical analysis of equipment installation, modifications, and upgrade in accordance to customer’s requirements.
- Regular communication with customer to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Duties includes but not limited to equipment installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, and relocation.
- ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years on site experience preferred.
- Experience in Automation and/or Robotics preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in using Solid Works and PLC programming will be an added advantage.
- Good problem solving and communication skill.
- On the job training provided.
