Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

Sephora Internship – Human Resources – Regional Learning & Development
(January to June 2025)


You will shine here if you enjoy…

• Playing an active role in supporting training initiatives, including material preparation, equipment and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our regional learning & development programs for employees across SEA Oceania
• Assist with training program event logistics & program communications
• Managing and updating the Learning Management Systems (LMS) & internal platforms
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program and providing feedback to necessary stakeholders

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point & Excel. Canva proficiency will be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
• Interest in learning and development and training programs
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time as well as projects efficiently
