Duties & Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- To assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services work and to work closely with other departments to meet the project / tender schedules
- To execute ELV works in building construction
- To handle project supervision and documentation
- To engage and liase with sub-contractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress etc.
- Required to attend progress/site/meeting as and when required
- Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
