You will be joining the Policy and Promotion team under Quality & Excellence Group to build trust in Singapore products and services.
[What you will be working on]
In this role, you will identify opportunities and develop initiatives to promote our quality infrastructure, aligned to Singapore’s future economic strategies. This involves conducting research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in Standards and Conformance (S&C), and using data gleaned from internal and external studies as well as insights from other government agencies' national plans to shape the division’s and Group’s strategic plans.
You will also be supporting Singapore’s participation at the APEC Standards and Conformance Sub-committee to gain insights on global developments in S&C and help build Singapore’s thought leadership internationally.
[What are we looking for]
A degree in business, economics, communications, international business or marketing, and have a passion to grow our Singapore industries through a strong standards and conformance landscape. Strong writing, communication, presentation and project management skills are important, as are the abilities to think critically and strategically, work independently and cultivate good relationship with partners. You should also be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
