Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to end-user devices (e.g., desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, videoconferencing equipment, projectors).
• Daily operational health checks for the IT infrastructure.
• Manage and administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Share Point Online, One Drive, Teams, and other related services.
• Manage Intune and Endpoint Manager services, including device enrollment, configuration, and policy management.
• Setup and deploy new desktop / laptop computers and the associated software, including Azure Active Directory (AD) administration.
• Support service request and incident management to provide quality end-user services.
• Ensure and follow standard IT service delivery processes in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
• Work closely with various team of engineers (internal & external) for troubleshooting.
• Maintain and up-keep IT equipment inventory and documentation, in compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Assist his/her immediate supervisor in the definition methods for issue resolution and prevention.

Qualifications:

• Graduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Com Science, Etc..)
• Ability to communicate fluently and write in the English language
• People with 3-5 years of IT related working experience are preferred.
• Troubleshooting skills for IT support.
• Knowledge in TCIP/DHCP and Windows security.

• Candidate should be customer oriented and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
