Havas Play , the Social, PR, Content and Experiential Events division of Havas Singapore, is looking for a Project Management Executive , who will work on a diverse range of projects/ accounts across media and will be supporting the team on daily work operations across departments in the agency.


This role will be working closely with our creative, account servicing and production teams.


Responsibilities

• Support the planning of projects and managing resource allocation with effective time management
• Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to balance workloads and advocate for appropriate timelines on projects
• Manage expectations by keeping all stakeholders informed of any conflicts, delays
• Implement required workflow and tools to ensure smooth flow of jobs through the system
• Ensure incoming job requests contain information needed to assign relevant resources and deliver the next stage artwork/creative/FA effectively
• Communicate job status information to relevant parties
• Support the smooth workflow and communication between departments
• Attend WIP meetings to accurately understand current & anticipated workloads
• Procure quotations from suppliers for art buying
• Resourcing freelance requirements when required
• Booking all creative meetings, WIPs, Presentations etc.

Desired skills and experience

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in an advertising environment
• Switch over from other departments in an advertising environment is welcomed
• Prior producer experience overseeing creative production and with video production background is preferred
• Pro-active, collaborative, with a strong can-do attitude
• Well-organized with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Strong interpersonal and people-management skills
• Confident and positive personality
A proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple concurrent projects and work independently
