- Development for additional production lines of bonding wire for the semiconductor industry
- Liaise with relevant persons such as production’s engineers in Japan to formulate objectives
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Monitor and manage production output according to specifications required
- Train employees on how to operate machinery safely and follow procedures
- Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Develop team technical competency
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the electronic manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Japanese language at business level to work closely with HQ in Japan and Japanese business partner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage staff.
