Personal Assistant Internship

PART TIME

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Intern to support the financial adviser. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience working in a friendly environment, assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, and helping manage day-to-day operations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their professional skills in business management, communications, and personal assistance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting and responding to emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Help plan and coordinate meetings, events, and special projects as needed.
  • Assist with day-to-day personal and professional tasks as assigned, including research, follow-up on tasks, and general problem-solving.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips, as well as prepare itineraries if needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties apply if needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 44 per week
