OTC Operations

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Proactively monitor and address daily operational issues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Ensure accurate and timely execution of settlement instructions, including routine fiat and cryptocurrency reconciliation.

Validate and investigate payment channels, such as banks, custodians, and third-party payment channels, to resolve any transaction disputes or discrepancies.

Contribute to the setup and implementation of operational workflows, ensuring efficient processes. Continuously review and enhance operational workflows to reduce risks and enhance customer experience.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical changes and optimize operational workflows.

Leverage multiple sources of data to analyse operational performance and inform business decision-making.

Identify opportunities for optimization and implement measures to drive operational efficiency with measurable outcomes.

Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments when required.

Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, and other related disciplines
-
At least 5 years of experience in the OTC business, preferably within the digital asset space, and 1 year of management experience.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong logic skills, attention to detail, and a team player

Require to work with stakeholders across geographical boundaries, candidate will require excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
