• Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Showcase our diverse inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the car buying process, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Conduct test drives, explaining vehicle functionalities, and addressing inquiries.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Uphold the dealership's reputation for integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing an outstanding buying experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
