Job Responsibilities

- System design, installation, integration, testing and commissioning of communication systems, including Network Monitoring System (NMS).
- Support Technical Team and System Lead to identify contractual system requirements and conduct technical reviews to establish design baselines
- Conduct site surveys and establish scope of work for project implementation.
- Request for quotations, generate Bill-of-Material and project procurement as required for project implementation
- Work closely with project manager to ensure delivery milestones are completed on schedule and meeting customer requirements
- Project Coordination and Liaising with technical team, implementation team, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and customers for project implementation
- Generate documentation including system documents, test plans, test procedures, site as-built documents.
- Configure, set-to-work, integrate and conduct acceptance tests
- Scheduling and tracking of project progress and status. Reporting of project progress
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Technology/Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in Optical Networking, IP Networking, servers, operating systems and web technologies such as virtualization, databases and security systems will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications (Optical Network, CCNA/CCNP/CCDA/CCDP, IP MPLS) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong interest in technology and self-drive to learn.
- Good time management skills to be able to handle field work and administrative/documentary work to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Able to work within tight schedule and fast-pace environment.
