M & E COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with BIM team to get the CSD model ready for approval and construction by the consultant/client’s representatives
- Study, coordinate and review BIM model are in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Carry out drawing review and coordination among various disciplines within the purview of MEP incorporating into the civil / structural and architectural.
- Prepare and manage the documentation and submittals related to CSD
- Understand of subcontractor's contract drawings/documents and have clear understanding of scope of works as per contract requirement.
- Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
- Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings submission and approval
- Attend site walk when required to resolve M&E coordination issues on site.
- Facilitate drawings for MEP inspections if required
- Take lead in as-built drawings and submission of O&M.
- To attend sub-con meetings and technical meetings for MEP related matters when required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service. Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination and BIM/VDC will be an advantage.
- Willing to work at West Area.
- Familiar with Autocad & Revit with min 7 years or more experience as M&E
