5. Clean Work Areas:

o Clean and sanitize sinks and dish areas.
6. Trash Management:
o Empty trash bins regularly and replace liners as needed.


End-of-Shift Tasks
1. Final Clean-Up:
o Ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned, dried, and stored.
o Clean the dishwasher’s exterior and surrounding areas.
2. Check Supplies:
o Verify inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
o Refill detergent and rinse aid if necessary.
3. Report Issues:
o Inform the supervisor of any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
4. Secure Work Area:
o Turn off equipment as required and ensure the work area is tidy before leaving.
