Corporate Secretarial Executive / Senior Executive

Our Client, a Top Prestigious firm is seeking to recruit a Senior/Corporate Secretarial Executive as part of their growth plan.


Location: Central Singapore


Responsibilities:
  • Handling a portfolio of companies
  • Preparing resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders whenever necessary
  • Timely lodgement of documents with ACRA
  • Provide advisory to clients on general corporate secretarial enquiries
  • Performing any other ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business studies
  • ICSA Qualified or Professional certificate in chartered secretary will be an added advantage
  • Possess at least 2 to 5 years of Corporate Secretarial experience in an established company or service provider firm
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • Ability to work well as a team player
