Job Description

• To manage commodities such as Packaging, Hardware, Label, Heatsink, Power Cord and Mechanical parts;
• Work closely with vendors on new orders, reschedule and cancelation of Open orders;
• Ensure Just In Time (JIT) deliveries;
• Review estimated time of arrivals for open POs so as to meet weekly target inventory and production demands;
• Work with suppliers on PO issuance and shipping arrangements;
• Expedite highly critical deliveries in order to meet business needs;
• Attend to urgent customers’ or suppliers’ requests or critical issues when necessary;
• Creation and Maintenance of SAP Master Data
• Ensure pricing accuracy
• Inventory management;
• Support NPI project;
• Project Management on material supports
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in accordance to business needs

Job Requirements

• Preferably 3 years or more of relevant experience
• Diploma and above in any disciplines
• Experience in SAP a huge plus
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
