- Manage the Ferrous Raw Material Department and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Achieve department objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making accurate forecasts.
- Establish, develop, and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and business opportunities are maximized.
- Set sales goals and regularly evaluate performance against these goals, making adjustments where necessary to stay on track.
- Negotiate trade conditions with buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
- Manage trades in domestic, import, export, and multi-country operations, particularly in the ferrous raw materials sector.
- Oversee foreign currency exchange reservations for transactions involving international trading.
- Handle credit risk management and perform financial analysis to evaluate the financial health of clients and minimize risks.
- Undertake frequent overseas business trips at short notice to meet clients and suppliers globally.
