Sitting in the heart of the central business district and Marina Bay, with panoramic views of the Singapore city skyline, the 583-room PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore is a champion of sustainability, environmental responsibility and advocate for green innovations in the hospitality industry, and home to Southeast Asia’s largest indoor sky-lit atrium, containing over 2,400 plants, trees, shrubs and groundcovers from more than 60 varieties of flora spread across 1,400 square metres of space throughout.
The Role
The incumbent assists and supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing and coordinating all restaurant operations to achieve or exceed financial goals, including revenue targets and profitability. Responsible for ensuring guest and associate satisfaction by upholding the high service standards set by the hotel.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, reservation management, and inventory control to ensure smooth service.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, promotions, and special events to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment functionality in the restaurant.
  • Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and morale-building activities to foster a motivated and efficient team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for increasing revenue and customer retention.
  • Ensure efficient resource utilization by managing budgets, minimizing waste, and optimizing operational costs.
Talent Profile
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Willing to work split shifts, rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
