Architectural Coordinator (Healthcare Facilities, Central)

- Develop a schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on the master program, and track progress.
- Supervise BIM modelers, coordinate with the BIM team to resolve clashes, and work with consultants and subcontractors on architectural details and interfaces with structure and M&E services.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, client needs, and regulations, reviewing and addressing technical issues and seeking clarifications.
- Verify site installations align with approved shop drawings and complete as-built drawings.
- Diploma in Building/Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years of building construction experience with hospital/medical facilities.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, Accessibility Code, Approved Solutions, BCA CONQUAS, BCA Green Mark standards, and safety in construction
