Job Description
Job Scope:
  • Assist in food and beverage projects, including relevant flavour applications, prototype development and sourcing
  • Coordinate and support sensory and evaluation projects
  • Maintain accurate and retrievable database of all projects and recipes
  • Assist in market and consumer trends research
  • Perform lab housekeeping
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirement:
  • Undergoing studies in Food Science or relevant fields
  • Meticulous, with good organizational skills
  • Possess a positive attitude with a customer services-oriented mindset
  • No allergies and dietary restrictions due to tasting evaluation requirements
  • Able to multitask and take initiative
