Advocacy & Fundraising Executive

- Campaign Development and Execution: Design and implement campaigns aimed at influencing mental health literacy and public attitudes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with agencies, partners, media, and community leaders and work with people with lived experience of mental health challenges to amplify their voices.
- Public Awareness & Outreach: Develop content and materials to raise awareness about mental health issues and create events to promote advocacy goals.
- Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, grant applications, and events.
- Digital Fundraising: Manage digital platforms to run fundraising campaigns and optimise social media and email campaigns.
- Fundraising Events: Plan and execute fundraising events, including budgeting, logistics, staff participation etc.
- Donor Management: Identify and cultivate potential donors and sponsors. Build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors ensuring regular communication and appreciation.
- Reports: Prepare and deliver impact reports to donors; analyse fundraising metrics to assess impact and progress for leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with program teams to align advocacy and fundraising goals with organizational priorities.
- Project Management: Assume responsibility for assigned projects & initiatives - coordinating with vendors and service providers where required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public relations, nonprofit management, communications).
- At least two years experience in communications, advocacy, fundraising, community partnerships or similar roles within the nonprofit or mental health sector.
- Knowledge of grant writing and corporate sponsorship strategies. Proficiency in digital tools for content creation, fundraising and advocacy.
Location: Toa Payoh / Khatib (Hybrid work arrangement)
