This position will assist in performing administrative roles related to admissions with a specific focus on document collection, verification and filing, while assisting with various other tasks to support the areas within the wider department.
The successful candidate will have an international outlook and an appreciation for the impact the admissions-, marketing- and communications department can have in the School. This person will be quick to learn about the organization and begin to interact with various stakeholders to perform the role immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the admissions, marketing and communication department.

Updating admissions files as well as supporting internal administration tasks related to event management and marketing activities etc.

Comply with NLCS (Singapore) and Edu Trust standards in all documentation.

Assist in preparations for school events and campus tours.

Assist with document preparation for internal audits, statutory audits and process reviews.

Assist with the administrative preparations for new joiners

Provide support to the assessment team when necessary

Act in accordance with relevant legislation in Singapore, as well as UK guidelines, particularly with regards to educational provision, health and safety initiatives and child safeguarding and ensure that all students and staff maintain these standards.

Abide by the school safeguarding policy and keep abreast of any changes.
