Red Box Technologies, a leading logistics company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Riyadh. As we continue to innovate and expand our smart locker solutions, we are committed to maintaining accurate and efficient financial operations to support our growth.
In this role, you will assist in managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You will work under the supervision of senior accountants and participate in various accounting functions, contributing to the overall financial health of Red Box Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
• Help process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
• Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts as needed.
• Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Help in maintaining HR records and Payroll process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Min two years of proven experience as a junior accountant or similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
