We’re looking for an HR Specialist to lead onboarding, and employee engagement while managing performance processes, benefits programs, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Conducting reference checks.
  
• Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  

Employee Relations:

• Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees when necessary.
  

Performance Management

• Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers and employees on performance improvement.
  
• Identify training and development needs and collaborate with managers to implement appropriate solutions.
  

Benefits Administration:

• Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  

HR Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policy and best practices and advise management on compliance matters.
  

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  
• Generate HR reports and metrics as needed and assist with HR analytics.
  

Policy Development and Implementation:

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  
• Communicate policy changes to employees and provide training as needed.
  

Employee Engagement:

• Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
  
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial sector.
  
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  
• CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
  
• Immediate availability is a plus.
