Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

Conducting reference checks.
-
Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
-
Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution between employees when necessary.
Performance Management
-
Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers and employees on performance improvement.
-
Identify training and development needs and collaborate with managers to implement appropriate solutions.
Benefits Administration:
-
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
HR Compliance:
-
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policy and best practices and advise management on compliance matters.
HR Administration:
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
-
Generate HR reports and metrics as needed and assist with HR analytics.
Policy Development and Implementation:
-
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

Communicate policy changes to employees and provide training as needed.
Employee Engagement:
-
Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
-
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
-
At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial sector.
-
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
-
CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
-
Immediate availability is a plus.
