Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Estimation) Saudi female to prepare cost estimates, analyze project plans, and ensure efficient resource allocation for construction projects. The role involves collaborating with project teams and using advanced estimation tools to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Pay: ﷼5,500.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Estimation) Saudi female to prepare cost estimates, analyze project plans, and ensure efficient resource allocation for construction projects. The role involves collaborating with project teams and using advanced estimation tools to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate material quantities from drawings and prepare cost estimates.
- Develop project budgets and assist in tender submissions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients for accurate projections.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Utilize tools like Auto CAD, Revit, Plan Swift, bluebeam, and MS Excel for calculations and documentation.
- Stay updated on market rates and suggest cost-effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction estimation.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English And Arabic .
- Onsite presence and occasional travel to client sites.
- Onsite Presence: This role requires an onsite presence in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
- Timing: 8am to 5pm
