About you

You are passionate about expanding your technical skills, you have strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

The area of responsibility includes:

• Technical support, provide technical assistance to customers and partners by phone or email
• Provide basic training to customers and colleagues
• Ensure SLA compliance and CSAT goals
• Respond and resolve to customer requests in multiple channels
• Be "ahead of the workload" through a proactive attitude
• Participate in building a strong service-oriented team culture where knowledge sharing is central

Required professional qualifications:

• Experience in customer service
• Experience in support
• Fluency in English is mandatory

Bonus points:

• Interest in IT and/or logistics
• Knowledge of other languages
• Saa S company experience

Required personality traits and skill set:

• Extensive communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Structured, organized and independent
• An ambitious and commercially driven person that has a key interest in customer service.
• Experience and interest in understanding customers, partners and software product features
• Strong tolerance for and ability to focus and execute in a changing environment
• Good ability to work under pressure with high energy and resilience

We offer a budget of 19,000 - 21,000 EUR gross per annum for this role.
