Romania Non - Food Certification Junior Auditor

- Assist in the preparation and management of the audit program;
- Support the review of customer documents (manuals, procedures, records) for compliance;
- Help plan and execute audits under the guidance of senior auditors, including taking notes and conducting interviews;
- Assist in identifying audit results, such as non-conformities and improvement opportunities;
- Help draft audit reports and follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions;
- Learn and assist in technical reviews of documents related to certification decisions;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and certification standards;
- Assist in maintaining customer data and audit records;
- Collaborate with senior auditors and external consultants to ensure the smooth running of the audit process;
- Support customer relationships by addressing queries and assisting in providing technical information.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Environmental Management, or a related field;
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a related field (experience with audits is a plus);
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Proficient in MS Office ( Excel, Word, etc.);
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret technical documents;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues and external consultants;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders;
- Basic knowledge or interest in ISCC and FSC certification schemes is preferred;
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the auditing and certification process;
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Willingness to travel for on-site audits;
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to assist in managing client relationships;
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive in supporting audit activities;
- A valid driving license.
