Proxima Research, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (Country Head) to spearhead sales of the Proxima CRM Ecosystem in Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova. This role is designed for a top performer with strong sales skills, who will take full responsibility for the sales strategy, revenue targets, and market growth. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Pay: 9,000.00RON - 12,000.00RON per month

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand Proxima CRM Ecosystem market penetration and achieve revenue targets in the region (Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria).
- Territory and Account Management: Identify, manage, and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the assigned territory. Proactively drive engagement with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Commercial Negotiations: Lead all commercial discussions, including pricing, contracts, and service agreements. Act as the main point of contact between clients and Proxima’s internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment on goals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities. Utilize insights to adjust sales tactics and ensure strategic alignment with market demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including Customer Support, Marketing, and Product Development, to deliver seamless and high-quality service to customers.
- Experience: Proven experience in CRM sales; experience with pharmaceutical markets is a plus.
- Language Skills: Upper-intermediate proficiency in both Romania and English.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability in driving complex sales processes, closing high-value deals, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of CRM solutions and customer success principles. Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics is preferred.
Pay: 9,000.00RON - 12,000.00RON per month
