The Role:
You will guide the Romania team and support the Romania Country Manager to ensure your team meets production KPIs every month. You will coach your team to be the best they can be, celebrate their successes, and encourage them to develop their skills to grow in their roles. Furthermore, you will stay up-to-date on content guidelines and be a skillful and compassionate communicator.
Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:

• Leading and motivating your team of Content Writers and Editors, Designers and Illustrator. This includes 1:1 coaching, tracking and communicating goals and targets, giving and receiving feedback, leading team meetings, and recommending social and wellbeing activities.
• Providing actionable insights to your team as a whole and individually to ensure they achieve their KPIs and team goals.
• Innovating and actioning projects that increase content productivity.

In this role, you will learn:

• Leadership communication: Motivating, coaching, ensuring accountability, having difficult conversations, and more.
• Goal setting and data tracking: Ensuring your team hits their targets and goes above and beyond as a team and individually.

To succeed in the role, you must:

• Hold 1:1 AAAs with your team members each month to support their KPIs and career goals.
• Communicate continuously with the Country Manager to quickly unblock roadblocks to ensure production flows efficiently and that customers receive the best possible product that fits their needs.
• Champion your team members. Celebrate their successes - big and small - and help them shine in their roles.
• Be proactive and confident when making decisions that align with product goals. Suggest positive and constructive changes to your team. Work SMART and challenge yourself, as well as your team, to better themselves. Maximise morale and output.

Role Requirements:

• Experienced Romania Content Writer, Designer or Content Editor (at least 12 months in the role).
• Proven in-depth knowledge of Romanian primary content.
• Evidence of hitting role-specific KPIs during the previous three months.
• Evidence of going “Above and Beyond” in your role during the previous three months.
• Evidence of supporting other team members.
• Evidence of leading content projects in your team.
