The Opportunity

You will join the EMEA Operations Management Center group (OMC) at the Goodyear Innovation Center – Global Technology.
Among responsibilities, as support specialist, you will be helping OMC team to industrialize EMEA tires by:

• Creating development activity tags (kanban’s) based on project plans in our planning boards.
• First level support in updating project plans to ensure feasible timing of tire development steps.
• Aligning short term planning view to activities in our tire plants based on feedback loops between Global Technology and EMEA plants.
• Updating tire plant development capacities and plant shutdowns in our planning tools.
• Refreshing daily OMC reports to create up-to-date visibility of ongoing development work.

In a customer-oriented environment, you will be mainly interacting with Regional Quality New Product Industrialization (NPI), as well with applied projects representatives.

Education

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a similar discipline.

Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience in an operational or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office).
