Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field;
• English B2/C1, proficiency (fluent);
• 1-2 years of practical experience in Outsystems development. Certified Out Systems are preferred;
• Knowledgeable in common web-based languages (Java Script, CSS);
• Knowledge in one of the Database languages (MSSQL, Oracle, etc.);
• Knowledgeable in web services (REST and SOAP);
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve challenges efficiently;
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality;
• Effective communication skills to engage with technical and nontechnical stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project goals and progress updates;
• Engage in feedback culture and foster team spirit through transparent communication.

Job Description

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (SCRUM/Kanban) and actively contribute to sprint goals;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, stakeholders, and project managers to deliver robust solutions;
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Out Systems applications;
• Support integration tasks (REST/SOAP API, database connections);
• Assist in the implementation of CSS and Java Script to enhance UI/UX;
• Ability to work with data models and SQL in Out Systems, ensuring efficient database structure and queries;
• Experience in developing batch processing with Timers according to the best practices;
• Write and maintain basic technical documentation (project documentation, code documentation, team best practices documentation);
• Ability to effectively use Out Systems Service Center to monitor and manage application performance, errors, and deployments;
• Experience in troubleshooting runtime issues, analyzing logs, and optimizing application behavior through the Service Center.
