Responsibilities:
- Driving internal IT security projects to help change for the future;
- Development of security policies and procedures for the organization;
- Conducting security analysis and audits.
- Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.
- Providing customized consulting and solutions to clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Monitor national and European regulations and identify impact on our business;
- Lead certification and re-certification initiatives.

What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in IT, Engineering, Cbersecurity or other related fields;
- Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years), in a reputable international consulting company or relevant professional experience within a Financial Services company;
- Deep experience in developing plans which are detailed, actionable and aligned with industry best practices;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English) with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
