Leader for product performance and client satisfaction and responsible for:
- Cost optimization/project value - coordinate and arbitrate mechanical and non-mechanical metiers to achieve QCDP targets;

What you will do
Leader for product performance and client satisfaction and responsible for:
- Cost optimization/project value - coordinate and arbitrate mechanical and non-mechanical metiers to achieve QCDP targets;
- Synergy development with partners and new clients;
- Optimization of team efficacy and functionality from his perimeter;
- KPI and quality performance terms ;
- complete DCT gearbox;
- project development from amont to start of production;
- meeting to arbitrate, follow and present project topics and hard points, RAP, HIPC, etc.
What we are looking for
Competences:
- technical knowledge of GMP conception and tuning;
- product and process knowledge;
- product knowledge of vehicle functionality and exploitation;
- syntheses capacity, team work and transverse management;
- multi-metiers and multi-site management, efficacy leadership, active negotiate.
