- You will be responsible for handling questions or complaints from clients and third parties, open, monitor and close tickets for all questions and requests received, using internal ticketing tools
- Handle outbound calls to clarify situation or to inform clients about different topics
- In your area of responsibility will be to approve and execute solutions according to internal authorization matrix
- Performing actions in regard to collection, dunning and external debt collection in CIM/ SAP system, will represent one of the main task
- You will enjoy analyzing and processing deviations between invoices and credit notes
- Investigate and communicate with the customers potential deviations, and perform corrections into the systems
- Extract, analyze and report insolvency cases to Finance department
- You will prepare insolvency documentation, obtain and perform approvals according to internal matrix
What makes you great
- You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2+/C1)
- Further you have good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
- Client support/customer service experience is required in this role, as well as detailed oriented and problem-solving skills projects
