Advanced HR Administration Specialist

Qualifications Knowledge in SAP HCM master data
Knowledge in Excel as well as good knowledge in MS Office Programs
Language: German (B2 or higher), English (B2 or higher)
Structured, analytical, precise working method, high reliability
Ability of communication with all hierarchies

Responsibilities
Deliver back-office specific service products according to HR process catalogue
Independently perform general personnel administration supporting tasks
Create and define work instructions and operational documentation for HR processes
Adherence to working instructions, Service Level Agreement and quality standards, other operational documentation
Maintain request management system and back-end systems (SAP/Time management systems/Ticketing system) according to the work instructions and defined process
Answering effectively to customer inquiries in the area of personnel administration master data and document management, organizational management, generating various documents and certificates
Answering and dispatching customer requests
