Job description
The candidate will side-join to an application operational team (BT HU) which also delivers new and modified IT applications/releases applications. The focus will be installation and testing the GIRO HUF Clearing Gateway and other Hungary Specific Banking Applications which also may also include onboarding of new application into DB
- installation of vendor delivered application releases in test environment
- cooperating with external developer vendors to deliver the application releases in best quality
- executes IT integration test of applications prior User Acceptance Test (UAT) test
- organize and control of UAT activities by business stakeholders, support business in testing and establish a bridge between testers and developers
- Drive delivery of sub-tasks by other IT/business stakeholders to onboard applications into different internal registries, monitoring systems, etc.
- maintaining personal task lists and tracking the related tasks of in (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
