Traditional Trade - Sales Supervisor

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for traditional trade channels, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the down trade sector and develop plans to benefit from them.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Establish targets for the traditional trade sales team and track performance against targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize sales strategies.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize sales strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with down trade partners and key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and programs to support traditional trade sales initiatives.
  • Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of van salesman focused on traditional trade channels.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, strategies, and performance expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • With at least 3-5 years’ experience on a similar capacity in FMCG Industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Preferably with experience in using software related to sales like Roadnet or In Cube Suite of Products.
  • With strong leadership skills
  • Results Oriented
  • Strong knowledge in customer service
  • Clear verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • With good analytical skills
  • Good negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • With valid light Qatar Driving License
