Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant teaching team. The ideal candidate should be a resident of Qatar with valid Qatar Resident Permit under family sponsorship, she will bring a deep understanding of the international school curriculum and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Experience & Educational Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should be a resident of Qatar with valid Qatar Resident Permit under family sponsorship, she will bring a deep understanding of the international school curriculum and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons that align with the international school framework.
- Support individual and small-group learning activities to meet diverse student needs.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and independence.
- Help prepare instructional materials and resources for lessons and activities.
- Monitor and manage classroom behavior in alignment with school policies.
- Supervise students during transitions, recess, and other non-instructional times.
- Assist in assessing student progress through observation and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the teacher, students, and parents when needed.
Work Experience & Educational Qualifications :
- High School Certificate. Bachelors in relevant subject area is preferred.
- 02 years of full-time experience relevant subject area preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, Arabic proficiency an advantage.
- Proficiency in Computer literacy (word-processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and familiarity with curriculum management and learning management applications.
