Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Security Operations Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the security industry, preferably with prior experience working in a security company.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Security Operations Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the security industry, preferably with prior experience working in a security company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily security operations, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.
- Monitor and coordinate security personnel, ensuring that all security procedures and protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies and provide effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular security inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient security operations.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and security logs.
- Assist in the training and development of junior security staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the security field, with previous experience working in a security company.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID
- Can join immediately
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Security Operations: 3 years (Required)
